早前有不少 Galaxy Nexus 用家表示，手機會出現音量時大時細的情況，更會自動轉為靜音模式。經過一些用家的研究，發現問題可能源自手機連接 2G 時便會發生。
而 Google 已經知悉有關情況，並製作修正檔，將會推出軟件更新，修復這個問題。
