Huawei 早前在 MWC 2012 上公佈了 Ascend D Quad 高規格四核手機，現在他們宣佈在 7月於亞洲和歐洲市場推售 Ascend D LTE 版本。
Huawei 在新聞稿中，公佈了旗一系列的 LTE 產品，其中包括了 Ascend D LTE。
Ascend D LTE 跟 Ascend D Quad 不同。Ascend D Quad 是四核規格，但 Ascend D LTE 只配置雙核芯處理器。
