Sony 為 Xperia Tablet Z Wifi 版本推出了更新，升級至 Android 4.2.2，Firmware 版本為 10.3.1.C.0.136。
更新除了升級 Android 版本外，亦加入了多項改動，例如：支援 64GB SD Card, 支援 Multi-User, 新版本的 Sony Media Apps 等。
