Google 突然在 Google Play Shop 展示 Nexus 5 的資料，並列出 16GB 版本售價為 US$349，即約 HK$2,700。
而 Nexus 5 對下的介紹 Caption 是這樣寫
Capture the everyday and the epic in fresh new ways. Start at $349
而官方的 Nexus 5 大圖亦出現了。
從相中所見，Camera 和 Dialer Icon 都跟現有的不同，而最頂 Status Bar 就用上白色 Icon。現時只有上述資料，亦未知 32GB 版本售價。而 Play Store 現在已經回復展示 Nexus 4 了。
