Samsung Galaxy Note 3 被踼爆在 Benchmark 測試中出古惑，會以 Benchmark App 的名字作識別，然後以四核最高速運行，藉以提升跑分成績。
Samsung 在回應 CNET網站時表示，Note 3 當執行高負載程序時，Note 3 的 CPU/GPU 就會以最高速度，並不是試圖誇大 Benchmark 結果。

只是巧言砌詞回應
單純看 Samsung 這個回應，Note 3 看起來好似沒問題。但看回之前的揭發，Note 3 根本就是出古惑。
Note 3 被揭發運行同一個 Benchmark App 但改成其他 App 名字時，Note 3 CPU 就回復原形，只以低速行一粒 CPU。Note 3 就是擺明看著 App 名字以調整 CPU 運作，而不是依據 App 本身運行所需去加大速度。
難度 Note 3 會為將全世界所有 Apps 的名字，全部都寫進 Note 3 系統內？但現在 Note 3 只是標記某幾個著名 Benchmark Apps 名字呢，再以此識別去谷盡 CPU。
