之前 Samsung 在外國向 Note 3 推送了 Android 4.4 KitKat 更新，但更新後非官方配件 (例如 Spigen 推出的 S-View Flip Cover) 就不能正常使用。一般都認為 Samsung 開始在 Android 4.4 推行新規定，限定使用官方推出或經認証的配件，才可啟動手機相關功能。
現在 Samsung 就表示，他們已發現 Note 3 Android 4.4 KitKat 和部份第三方配件，出現兼容問題，他們很快會推出更新修正。

到底這個是真 Bug，還是 Samsung 悄悄在 Note 3 推新規定但沒有公佈，結果惹來反響，才說這是 Bug 呢？
