過往幾年，Google I/O 大會都未有展示新版本 Android，反而集中在第三季時公佈新版本並一併公佈新機。

不過今年的做法會有不同，根據 Bloomberg 跟 Android 主管 Sundar Pichai 的訪問中透露，Google 將會在 Google I/O 大會上展示 Android 新版本的開發情況，而新版本依舊會在第三季推出。
明天 Google I/O 應會看到 Android 新版本 L 版的消息，會否是 Lollipop 呢？
