Asus ZenWatch 3 推出了 OTA 更新，最新版本為 WI503Q_MWF76，加入了多項改進，包括新增多個 Watch face themes。
令次更新改善了 Bluetooth 和 Wifi 連線的穩定性，刪除 Charging/Discharging 通知，加入 Discharging 通知音效，更新字詞翻譯，加入 ECO Mode 設定。而 Android Security Update 亦更新至 Dec 2016。
用戶設定方面，加入了 Button Settings，在 Watch Faces 增加了新主題。
