在昨天，有一些 HTC 手機用家表示，手機內的 Keyboard App “TouchPal” 鍵盤上方突然彈出廣告，很多人都表示不滿。HTC 方面表示 Keyboard App 出現廣告是由於錯誤引致的。
HTC UK 在 Twitter 貼文表示，由於 Error 錯誤導到在 Keyboard App 內出現廣告，HTC 方面正在修正有關錯誤，並會儘快將廣告移除。
Due to an error, some customers are seeing ads on the phone keyboard. We’re working to fix the error and remove these as quickly as possible
HTC Keyboard 出現廣告之後，網上意見都是一面倒批評 HTC。有消息指問題是 TouchPal 團隊錯誤將附有廣告的 Keyboard App 推送給 HTC 所致，無論怎樣 HTC 今次反應尚算是正面和迅速。
