Samsung 摺機 Galaxy Fold 因為多部讓媒體測試的 Review Units 出事而影響開售計劃，Galaxy Fold 未能正式推出市場，在美國原先預訂了 Galaxy Fold 的客戶繼續等待。
韓國媒體報道，Samsung 移動部門總裁 Koh, Dong Jin 表示他們已經檢視了裝置屏幕因外來物質的影響，並會就 Galaxy Fold 推出時間在未來數天有所決定。
(The company) has reviewed the defect caused from substances (that entered the device), and we will reach a conclusion in a couple of days (on the launch).
被問到會否在今個月內於美國再次推出 Galaxy Fold 裝置，Koh, Dong Jin 回應表示 We will not be too late，似乎重新開售的情況樂觀。
之前 Galaxy Fold 多部 Review Units 接連出事，裝置只使用了一兩天，屏幕就出現不同的問題包括：半邊屏幕無畫面, 屏幕就出現不同的問題包括：半邊屏幕無畫面, 屏幕起泡般凸起。問題源頭可能是外來的塵埃入侵裝置接解螢幕所致。
