Google Pixel 6 和 Pixel 6 Pro 自從在月初更新至 12月份的更新後，不少用家都反映裝置出現連線問題，通話會突然終斷。
Google 之前已在 Pixel Support Forum 表示已知悉問題並進行調查，及後更聯絡部份回報問題的用家，向他們索取更多資料並提供特定的更新，藉此測試更新能否修正問題。
The Pixel team paused the December software update to Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro devices after some users reported calls were dropping or disconnecting. We have now identified a fix that will roll out in a software update by late January.
最新 Pixel Community Manager 就在 Pixel Support Page 上透露現時已經叫停了 Pixel 6 和 Pixel 6 Pro 的 12月份升級。他們已經確認問題並會在一月尾會推出一個修正，這個修正也會包含原先 12月份的更新。
至於現時仍受連線問題影響的 Pixel 6 和 Pixel 6 Pro 用家，Google 表示他們可以利用 Android Flash Tool (flash.android.com) 還原至之前的一個版本，並將裝置重設，但用家需要先為裝置進行備份。若果用家未有遇到連線問題的話，就不需採取任何行動。
