Google 在公佈 Pixel Watch 手表時曾經介紹其中一項功能為 Fall Detection 跌倒偵測功能，雖然這項功能在手表推出時未有提供，但 Google 就表示會在今個冬季向用家提供。
最新有外國的 Pixel Watch 用家表示，他的 Pixel Watch 手表彈出了提示可設定 Fall Detection。而在手表內的設定頁面，在 Safety & Emergency 內亦有設定可開啟 Fall Detection。跌倒偵測功能會偵測用家嚴重跌倒，之後供任何動作的話，裝置就會向用家發出警示，若用家無回應的話，裝置就會自動致電緊急聯絡人。
但 Fall Detection 功能現時只有極少數用家有這功能，估計是 Google 伺服器僅向少部份用家推送這功能，可能仍在測試階段或早期階段的推送，而 Google 方面亦未有任何宣佈。另外，要留意這項跌倒偵測功能只限在指定國家地區推出，而且 Pixel Watch 手表要有 4G LTE 才支援。
