Google 公佈 Pixel 8 Pro 時介紹了很多新功能和改進，其中一項是 Video Boost，可以提升影片的質素，但這項 Video Boost 功能郤要在年底前才會推出。Video Boost 到底是如何操作呢？最近 9to5Google 網站就拆解了 Google Photos App 在內裏找到一些資料。
在最新的 Google Photos App 6.61/6.63 版本內，就到一些用於通知和回應的字串。

透過這些程式碼字串，可以得知用家需要使用 Google 帳戶登入才能使用 Video Boost。而影片將會進行備份，也就是上傳至伺服器進行處理。這個過程需要一些時間，使用者需要耐心等待。一旦影片處理完成，就會收到通知。另外，在 Google Photos 6.63 亦有一些字串提及，Video Boost 影片可以 AVC 或 HEVC 檔案下載，而用家亦可在 Google Photos Library 中選定那一個影片為主要，亦可選擇只保留最佳影片。
