Samsung One UI 6.1 最先在 Galaxy S24 推出，其後 Samsung 公佈會將 One UI 6.1 更新推送至 2023年推出的裝置，並預計會在3月尾推出。
最新 Samsung 就公佈 One UI 6.1更新將會於明天 3月28日開始於全球推送。符合資格獲得 One UI 6.1 更新的裝置包括：Galaxy S23、Galaxy S23+、Galaxy S23 Ultra、Galaxy S23 FE、Galaxy Z Fold 5、Galaxy Z Flip 5、Galaxy Tab S9、Galaxy Tab S9+、Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra。
這些裝置將會獲得 One UI 6.1 更新，當中將包含完整的 Galaxy AI 功能，當中包括 Circle to Search、Live Translate、Chat Assist 等。
另外，Samsung 亦暗示當中部份功能可能最終會擴展到 Galaxy S22 系列上。至於 One UI 6.1 何時會擴展到其他舊款 Galaxy 設備，Samsung 則未有提及任何消息。
