Microsoft Lens 將於 9 月起逐步淘汰！官方建議用戶轉用 Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft 宣布，將從 今年 9 月開始，逐步淘汰其備受好評的 PDF 掃描應用程式 Microsoft Lens，並建議用戶轉用 Microsoft 365 Copilot 應用程式。

Microsoft Lens 的「退役」時間表
Microsoft Lens 作為一款強大的工具，能將圖像轉換為 PDF、Word、PowerPoint 和 Excel 文件，並能掃描列印和手寫文字。它在 Google Play Store 上累積了超過 5,000 萬次下載，並獲得了超過 95 萬次評論，平均評分高達 4.9/5，深受用戶喜愛。然而，根據 Microsoft 的時間表，這款應用程式的退役流程將分階段進行：

9 月中旬：淘汰流程開始。
10 月中旬：用戶將無法從 Apple App Store 和 Google Play Store 下載安裝
11 月中旬：Microsoft Lens 將從應用程式商店中下架。
12 月中旬：已安裝的用戶將無法再建立新的掃描。

轉用建議：Microsoft 365 Copilot
Microsoft 建議 Microsoft Lens 的用戶轉而使用 Microsoft 365 Copilot 應用程式。Copilot 支援 Microsoft Lens 的大部分功能，但仍然存在一些限制：

– 不支援直接儲存掃描至 OneNote、Word 或 PowerPoint。
– 不支援掃描名片並儲存到 OneNote。

對於現有的掃描檔案，Microsoft 表示：「現有的掃描檔案將在應用程式的『我的掃描 (MyScans)』資料夾中保持可存取狀態，但此功能將不再被支援。」如果掃描檔案已儲存到 OneDrive，則可以在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 應用程式的「MyCreations」部分中存取。

Existing scans will remain accessible in the app’s MyScans folder, but this functionality will no longer be supported. Users can continue scanning using the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, which offers similar functionality. Scans saved to OneDrive will be accessible via the MyCreations section in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.
