早前 HTC 在 Double Exposure 發佈上公佈，會為 One M8 及其他手機推出名為 Eye Experience 更新，當中包括一系列的相機新功能，例如：Split Capture, Face Detection, Face Fusion, Voice Selfie, Live Makeup 等。
這個 Eye Experience 更新原來已經準備妥當。美國 HTC 高層 Mo Versi 在 Twitter 透露，美國 HTC One M8 Unlocked Version 會在星期二開始，獲得 Eye Experience 和 Android 4.4.4 更新。希望其他地區也快些有 Eye Experience 更新呢。
