來自英國 The Telegraph 的消息，Google 的 Hugo Barra 表示 Nexus S 將會在數星期內獲得Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich 升級，但 Google 不會為 Nexus One 升級 Ice Cream Sandwich。

Ice Cream Sandwich 公佈了，整理一下有關資料。
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich 是一個整合手機和平板的流動 OS，令 Android 功能更強和更易操控。Ice Cream Sandwich 內有新字體更適合 HD 屏幕顯示，並且移除了實體鍵操控並以軟體鍵代替。另外，亦大幅改善鍵盤輸入，增加通知列的互動性和新增的可調整大小的 Widgets。
Ice Cream Sandwich 出現了?!
Engadget 貼了一段短片，展示了一部 Nexus S 運行 “Ice Cream Sandwich”。
有人在 ebay 購買了一部 Nexus S 手機，開機時發現畫面跟其他的不同，而操作介面亦都不同。
Google 再為 Nexus S 推 2.3.6 更新 (附手動更新)
Google 之前曾為 Nexus S 推出 Android 2.3.6 (Build Number GRK39C) 的 OTA 更新，但之後發現這個 GRK39C 的版本在使用 Wifi 和 Tethering 時會出現問題，更新就叫停了。
Google 現在再推 Android 2.3.6 的更新，今次 Build Number 為 GRK39F。大家可以留意 Nexus S 手機的 OTA 更新通知。
若果大家不想等待，下面也有手動更新的步驟。
併購 Motorola Mobility, Nexus 親生仔會是？
Google 公佈併購 Motorola Mobility 的計劃後，Android 用家最關心的其中一個問題，就是 Nexus 系列親生仔會否由 Motorola 來接手。Nexus One 由 HTC 代工，而 Nexus S 就由 Samsung 負責，往後會如何呢？
Goolge 的 Andy Rubin 就表示現行 Nexus 的造法不會改變，而 Motorola 並不會有優待。
