之前有报道过，Google 的 Eric Schmidt 表示将在 6 个月内推出运行 Android 4.0 的平板电脑。
而 Digitimes 网站表示，来自 Google 上游供应厂商指 Google 将会推出的是一部 7吋平板，并以 Amazon 的 Kindle Fire 为竞争对手，售价亦会低于 US$199。这部 Google 自家平板将会在 3, 4月左右推出。
不过，Google 方面未有証实这个消息。
