Samsung Galaxy Note II Android 4.3 升级已经开始在北欧几个国家推出，今次一并 3G 和 4G LTE 版也有更新，是直接升上 Android 4.3 呢。当然香港未会这么快有更新，但也看看更新内容。
除了系统升上 Android 4.3 外，当然也会支援 Galaxy Gear，亦有 Samsung KNOX 和 Wallet。另外就有一些新的 Samsung Apps 和功能 (其实就是从 S4 或 Note 3 移过来)，例如：S-Voice, Sound and Shot 相机, Voice Control, Adapt Display, Samsung Keyboard 等。
至于效能改进方面，Android 4.3 就有 TRIM Support，也改善了 RAM 管理，而 GPU Driver 亦更新，图像处理能力亦有提升。
