之前一直传 LG-V510 会是 Nexus 平板，有说是新的 Nexus 10，甚至有说是 Nexus 8。但原来 LG-V510 只是 LG G Pad 8.3 的 Google Play Edition。

在 LG 网站可以找到 LG-V510 的 Open Source Code Distribution。下载并解拆 Source Code Zip 档案，内里有三个档案。档案名称就可看出端倪，档案名称是这样写

LG-V510 (G-Pad 8.3 Google Play Edition) 相信所有疑团都解开了。情况就像之前 Galaxy S4 和 HTC One 般，LG 跟 Google 合作，平板规格跟原先的一样，但内里系统就是纯 Stock Android，没有厂商的自家 Apps。
