Root 工具 SuperSU 开发者 Chainfire 在 Google+ 贴文表示，下一版本Android (4.5, 5.0, or … 就是下一版本)会有一项系统性改动，可能会导致大部 Root Apps 未能正常运作。
Chainfire 表示，在 AOSP 在最新近 Commit 的 Coding 中发现加入了一个限制，防止其他程序去读取执行 /data 内的档案。
A recent commit to the AOSP master tree prevents the unconfined domain (everything you run through su by default) from executing files located on the /data partition.
而现有大部份 Root Apps 就是抽取 /data 内的档案或 Libraries，并以 Root 身份执行。若果加入这个限制，这些 Root Apps 就会因为未能读取，而导致不能运作。
This will no longer work out-of-the-box, and generate an access denied error.
Chainfire 表示虽然可有一些替代方案，但就未有一个共通的解决办法，可以在 SU 层面上提供。最终就是要各个 Root Apps 因应情况自行改动。
