之前 Samsung 在外国向 Note 3 推送了 Android 4.4 KitKat 更新，但更新后非官方配件 (例如 Spigen 推出的 S-View Flip Cover) 就不能正常使用。一般都认为 Samsung 开始在 Android 4.4 推行新规定，限定使用官方推出或经认証的配件，才可启动手机相关功能。
现在 Samsung 就表示，他们已发现 Note 3 Android 4.4 KitKat 和部份第三方配件，出现兼容问题，他们很快会推出更新修正。

到底这个是真 Bug，还是 Samsung 悄悄在 Note 3 推新规定但没有公布，结果惹来反响，才说这是 Bug 呢？
