PayPal 公布在 25个国家推出指纹认証，用户只要在 Galaxy S5 手机上扫一扫指纹就可登入 PayPal App，进行网上购物付款。用户亦可在支援 PayPal 付款的商店，透过指纹登入 PayPal App 进行付款。
不过 PayPal 就未有详细列出这 25个国家。

另外，PayPal 亦公布为 Gear 2 和 Gear Fit 推出 PayPal App。用家可以在 Gear 2 和 Gear Fit 内登入帐户进行付款，查阅帐户, 接收通知等。这个 Gear 2 和 Gear Fit App 则会在 8个国家推出。
