由一月开始 Samsung 会开始 Android 5.0 Lollipop 升级。有一名 Samsung 员工贴出一封内部文件，内里提及一月开开展 Android 5.0 Lollipop 升级，并提示员工相关的升级程序。
根据这位 Samsung 员工在 Reddit 放出的消息，国际版本将会将会较先获得升级，手机最先会是 S5, 之后是 Note 4 和 Note Edge。之后一轮会是 Note 3 和 S4。之后就会开展平板的升级，应会是 Galaxy Tab S 行先。
S5’s are getting the most attention for the update and will be the first target for launch, followed by the Note 4 and Edge. After that, they are expecting the Note 3 and S4 to be the next wave, and then after that attention will turn to tablets.
不过这位不俱名员工亦表明，这些并不是 Samsung 官方消息来的。
