Microsoft Arrow Launcher 之前已经推出 Beta 测试版本，现在终于正式推出，可以在 Play Store 免费下载。
Microsoft Arrow Launcher App 在 Home 画面下有几个不同分页，不像一般的 App Launcher，每一页都是放 App Icon 或 Widget。Arrow Launcher 每页都各有不同的功能。中间的 Apps 会依据你常用的 Apps 列出，另外还有 Contacts, Quick Notes 可以查看联络人, 作快速记事，还有一个 Recent 会列出最近期的 Apps, 联络人, 相片等。
画面下方的 Dock 比较特别是，Dock 上方有个小箭咀，可以往上拉展开，内里还会有多几个 Icons，亦有近期的通话记录，也可以作一些设定。
除了这些外，Arrow Launcher 亦有一些基本 Launcher 功能，管理 Home 里面不同分页，亦有 Widget 可使用，另外它亦有 Bing Wallpapers，每日也有不同的 Wallpaper。
特别一提，Arrow Launcher 设有繁简中文界面，所以使用起来十分方便。
