Facebook Messenger 正在测试加入 点对点加密 (End-to-End Encryption)，减低通话内容外泄风险，Messenger 用家可以更放心跟朋友谈论一些敏感内容。
内容加密, 限时消失
Facebook Messenger 的点对点加密功能是选择性使用的。当用家想谈及一些敏感内容需要加密时，可以在对话画面中，点按 Secret Conversation，并设定内容显示时限，当时限一到 Secret Conversation 的内容就会从对话中消失。

Secret Conversation 只限于当前使用的装置，即是话就算用家在手机, 平板等登入使用 Facebook Messenger，Secret Conversation 的内容亦不会在其他装置同步显示。而 Secret Conversation 只有基本的对话功能，不支援 GIF, Video 等。
Secret Conversation 暂时仍在测试阶段，只限部份用家，预计会在今个夏季更广泛推出让用家使用。
