还有一个月里约奥运就举行，Samsung 作为今届奥运的贙助商之一，公布将会推出 Galaxy S7 Edge 奥运特别版，手机将会在 7月 18日于美国开售。
S7 Edge 奥运特别版硬件规格上没有改动，手机运行 Android 6.0.1，依旧是 5.5吋 QHD Super AMOLED 屏幕，采用 Snapdragon 820 CPU，4GB RAM，相机是 1200万和 500万像素。不过手机机背就有奥运五环标志，而机身按钮, 镜头框等不同位置就用上五环的各种颜色作点缀。
至于手机内，Home, Lock Screen, 通讯App Message, Dial, 以至 Contacts 画面都会有五环的颜色，手机还会预载奥运主题 Wallpapers 和 Apps。

Samsung Announces Galaxy S7 edge Olympic Games Limited Edition
All Rio 2016 Team USA athletes to be equipped with unique devices
Chicago – July 7, 2016 – In celebration of the upcoming Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Worldwide Olympic Partner in the Wireless Communications Equipment category today unveiled its Galaxy S7 edge Olympic Games Limited Edition at the Team USA Road to Rio event in Chicago.
Additionally, in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Samsung will deliver 12,500 Galaxy S7 edge Olympic Games Limited Edition to all Rio 2016 Olympians, helping them to enhance their experiences in Rio and communicate with family and friends around the world more conveniently.
Samsung is also offering fans and consumers a chance to commemorate the Rio 2016 Olympic Games by making a limited number of Galaxy S7 edge Olympic Games Limited Edition phones available beginning July 18, 2016 in the United States exclusively at Best Buy.
For the first time ever, the Rio 2016-inspired device incorporates an Olympic Games design embedded into the phone itself, featuring a custom colorway pattern including the five official colors of the Olympic Rings. The colors of the Olympic Rings will also be prominent in the phone’s user interface in the home and lock screens as well as the message, dial and contact screens and notification bar. Pre-loaded Rio 2016 Olympic Games themed wallpapers and apps will also be available.
In addition to providing Galaxy S7 edge Olympic Games Limited Edition for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team, Samsung will also supply a Paralympic Galaxy S7 edge edition for the 2016 U.S. Paralympic Team.
