Asus ZenWatch 3 推出了 OTA 更新，最新版本为 WI503Q_MWF76，加入了多项改进，包括新增多个 Watch face themes。
令次更新改善了 Bluetooth 和 Wifi 连线的稳定性，删除 Charging/Discharging 通知，加入 Discharging 通知音效，更新字词翻译，加入 ECO Mode 设定。而 Android Security Update 亦更新至 Dec 2016。
用户设定方面，加入了 Button Settings，在 Watch Faces 增加了新主题。
