在昨天，有一些 HTC 手机用家表示，手机内的 Keyboard App “TouchPal” 键盘上方突然弹出广告，很多人都表示不满。HTC 方面表示 Keyboard App 出现广告是由于错误引致的。
HTC UK 在 Twitter 贴文表示，由于 Error 错误导到在 Keyboard App 内出现广告，HTC 方面正在修正有关错误，并会尽快将广告移除。
Due to an error, some customers are seeing ads on the phone keyboard. We’re working to fix the error and remove these as quickly as possible
HTC Keyboard 出现广告之后，网上意见都是一面倒批评 HTC。有消息指问题是 TouchPal 团队错误将附有广告的 Keyboard App 推送给 HTC 所致，无论怎样 HTC 今次反应尚算是正面和迅速。
