Google 最近公布更新旗下消费产品的环保政策，承诺会在产品中采用更多回收再生物料。
Pixel 5 机背为回收铝制成
上年 Google 已表示会在 2022年旗下所有消费产品会包含回收物料，今年推出的 Pixel 5 和 Nest Audio 都有应用回收物料。Pixel 5 的铝质机背盖就 100%由回收铝材所制成，较使用全新铝材生产背盖可减少 35%碳足印。至于 Nest Audio 的外壳就有 70% 为回收塑胶。
Google 最新就更新了环保目标，承诺在 2025年旗下产品会采用回收再生物料，所有塑胶物料最少有 50% 为回收再生物料，而 2025年产品包装亦会 100% 没有塑胶物料，并且100%为可循环再造。
