Google 在公布 Pixel Watch 手表时曾经介绍其中一项功能为 Fall Detection 跌倒侦测功能，虽然这项功能在手表推出时未有提供，但 Google 就表示会在今个冬季向用家提供。
最新有外国的 Pixel Watch 用家表示，他的 Pixel Watch 手表弹出了提示可设定 Fall Detection。而在手表内的设定页面，在 Safety & Emergency 内亦有设定可开启 Fall Detection。跌倒侦测功能会侦测用家严重跌倒，之后供任何动作的话，装置就会向用家发出警示，若用家无回应的话，装置就会自动致电紧急联络人。
但 Fall Detection 功能现时只有极少数用家有这功能，估计是 Google 服务器仅向少部份用家推送这功能，可能仍在测试阶段或早期阶段的推送，而 Google 方面亦未有任何宣布。另外，要留意这项跌倒侦测功能只限在指定国家地区推出，而且 Pixel Watch 手表要有 4G LTE 才支援。
