Google 公布 Pixel 8 Pro 时介绍了很多新功能和改进，其中一项是 Video Boost，可以提升影片的质素，但这项 Video Boost 功能郤要在年底前才会推出。Video Boost 到底是如何操作呢？最近 9to5Google 网站就拆解了 Google Photos App 在内里找到一些资料。
在最新的 Google Photos App 6.61/6.63 版本内，就到一些用于通知和回应的字串。

透过这些程式码字串，可以得知用家需要使用 Google 帐户登入才能使用 Video Boost。而影片将会进行备份，也就是上传至服务器进行处理。这个过程需要一些时间，使用者需要耐心等待。一旦影片处理完成，就会收到通知。另外，在 Google Photos 6.63 亦有一些字串提及，Video Boost 影片可以 AVC 或 HEVC 档案下载，而用家亦可在 Google Photos Library 中选定那一个影片为主要，亦可选择只保留最佳影片。
