Samsung One UI 6.1 最先在 Galaxy S24 推出，其后 Samsung 公布会将 One UI 6.1 更新推送至 2023年推出的装置，并预计会在3月尾推出。
最新 Samsung 就公布 One UI 6.1更新将会于明天 3月28日开始于全球推送。符合资格获得 One UI 6.1 更新的装置包括：Galaxy S23、Galaxy S23+、Galaxy S23 Ultra、Galaxy S23 FE、Galaxy Z Fold 5、Galaxy Z Flip 5、Galaxy Tab S9、Galaxy Tab S9+、Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra。
这些装置将会获得 One UI 6.1 更新，当中将包含完整的 Galaxy AI 功能，当中包括 Circle to Search、Live Translate、Chat Assist 等。
另外，Samsung 亦暗示当中部份功能可能最终会扩展到 Galaxy S22 系列上。至于 One UI 6.1 何时会扩展到其他旧款 Galaxy 设备，Samsung 则未有提及任何消息。
