过往，Google 多项服务都设有 Reminder 提示功能，包括：Google Assistant、Google
Calendar、Google Keep，以至已终止服务的 Inbox。近年来，Google 陆逐将不同的 Reminder 提示功能整合为一，于 Google Tasks 上提供，让用家在单一地方管理所有 To-dos 工作。
Google Assistant 和 Google Calendar 的 Reminders 提示已先后整合至 Google Tasks，至于 Google Keep 的 Reminders 功能亦会在今年下半年整合至 Google Tasks 内。
To help you organize and manage your to-dos in one place, Google Assistant and Calendar Reminders are now Google Tasks. You can view and edit your tasks with Google Assistant, Google Calendar, or Google Tasks. In the second half of 2025, Google Keep reminders migrate to Tasks.
Google Keep 的提示将会自动储存至 Tasks 内，之后，就可以在 Google Keep, Calendar, Tasks 以至 Assistant 查找、修改以至完成 Reminders 提示。Google 用意就是将 Google Tasks 变成单一管理所有 To-dos 的地方，无论是从 Google Assistant, Calendar, Keep 以至 Gmail 等储存的 To-dos 提示，都是透过 Google Tasks 管理。
This new capability will make Google Tasks the single solution for managing your to-dos across Workspace. So whether you’re saving something from Keep, Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Docs or Assistant, Google Tasks will make sure it’s up to date and accessible across the Workspace products you use.
