Sony Xperia Z4 和 Xperia Z3+ 都不断传出有过热问题。在日本，NTT Docomo 在宣传销售时更贴出一张提示，提示用家要定时关机, 充电时关机, 定时备份等以防过热问题。
将会出 Update
有荷兰科技网站联络 Sony 查询有关 Z3+ 的过热情况，并得到 Sony 的回复。Sony 表示 Xperia Z3+ 采用高效能的 64-bit 八核芯处理器，并有先进的相机技术。在某些情况下，过热情况会导致手机未能操作。
而 Sony 亦表示会在夏季为手机推出更新，以改善手机过热情况。
其实 Z4/Z3+ 采用的 Snapdragon 810 处理器之前已知有过热问题，相信 Sony 亦有对应方法才把手机上市。但 Z4 手机在日本开卖后，随即有不少用家表示有过热情况导致手机不能使用，似乎这情况应是 Sony 预料不到。各位有意购买 Z3+ 的用家要留意一下，也希望 Sony 快些推出 Update，否则销情应会受打击呢。
