自从 Google 在五月推出独立的 Google Photos 服务后，都预计原先在 Google+ 的 Photos 功能会终止。今日 Google 就正式公布，将会在 8月1日终止 Google+ Photos，会由 Android 开始, 跟着 Web 和 iOS。
on August 1st we’ll start to shut down Google+ Photos — initially on Android, and soon thereafter on the Web and iOS.
若果仍在使用 Google+ Photos，当在 Android 开启 Google+ Photos 时就会有提示，指示下载 Google Photos App。原先所有的相片和影片都会转移至 Google Photos App 内。
若果不更新至新的 Google Photos App，Android 内的 Google+ Photos 会很快停止服务 (只余10天左右)。不过内里的相片和影片可以透过网页 http://photos.google.com 汇出。
If you don’t update to the new Google Photos, Google+ Photos on Android will soon stop working, but your photos and videos will still remain safely stored and available via http://photos.google.com or for export using Google Takeout.
