还有十多天 Google Pixl, Pixel XL 两部新电话就会公布，最新再有两部新机的消息流出。消息指 Pixel 和 Pixel XL 都会俱备 IP53 防尘防水认证。
IP53 防尘防水认证会是什么标准呢？首先第一个数字是指防尘，5 代表可防尘，但应入侵机内仍是有可能，要达到 6 的级别才是完全防尘。
Ingress of dust is not entirely prevented, but it must not enter in sufficient quantity to interfere with the satisfactory operation of the equipment.
第二个数字是对应防水的，3是指 水以垂直不多于 60度角洒下应不会对手机有严重影响。即是话手机在下雨情况下使用，应该是没有大问题，但浸入水中就一定不可以。
Water falling as a spray at any angle up to 60° from the vertical shall have no harmful effect
其实 HTC 旗舰机 HTC 10 也是俱备 IP53 防水防尘认证，所以由 HTC 生产的 Pixel, Pixel XL 俱备相同级别的认证也是合理预期的。
