Samsung 公布将会推出 Maintenance Mode 维修模式，当交出装置维修时，可保隌用家个人私隐资料不被读取。
现时的手机都装载很多的个人私隐资料，例如个人资料, 相片, 信用咭资料, 联络人等等，但当要将手机转交予维修时，如何确保这些个人资料不会被其他人读取呢？Samsung 最新就公布会推出 Maintenance Mode 维修模式。
当用家要交出装置维修前，可以在装置内启动 Maintenance Mode 维修模式。启动后，装置内所有个人资料包括相片, 文件, 讯息等都会受到限制，维修人员亦无法得知用家安装的应用程式。而在Maintenance Mode 维修模式下，维修人员可以建立的帐户，亦可从 Galaxy Store 下载安装应用程式，但当用家将装置退出维修模式，这些帐户, 安装的应用程式以及相关的资料都会自动删除。
Once Maintenance Mode is switched on, the person who was entrusted with the device won’t be able to retrieve user-installed apps either. Data or accounts generated when using Maintenance Mode are automatically deleted as soon as the owner exits Maintenance Mode. They will be able to download apps on Galaxy Store, but those will be automatically deleted along with any data or accounts created as soon as the owner exits Maintenance Mode.
要启动 Maintenance Mode，只需要在 Settings > Battery and device care 内选择 Maintenance Mode 并启动，之后重新启动装置。装置就会进入 Maintenance Mode 维修模式。
Samsung 表示，Maintenance Mode 之前已在韩国于 S21 系列成功测试。今天正式公布后，会在未来数月于运行 One UI 5 系统的装置上陆续推出，一直至 2023年陆续向更多 Galaxy 装置推出。
